The International Symposium on Single-Atom Catalysis (ISSAC) is the world’s most authoritative academic conference in the field of single-atom catalysis. Previous editions were held in Dalian (China), Beijing (China), and California, USA (canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic). The 4th edition (ISSAC-4) will be jointly held with the 10th Asia-Pacific Congress on Catalysis (APCAT-10) in 2025, marking a landmark convergence of catalytic science expertise.
ISSAC-4 will take place from August 4 to 7, 2025, co-located with APCAT-10. In recent years, single-atom catalysts have garnered tremendous attention for their maximized atomic utilization efficiency and unique electronic/catalytic properties, rapidly emerging as a frontier in catalysis science. With advancements in synthesis methods, characterization techniques, and theoretical modeling, single-atom catalysis is driving the field toward an era of precision engineering. ISSAC-4 will assemble global leaders to share groundbreaking research and chart future directions.
