Instrument Introduction:
The BT2.15 is the only calorimeter that can operate at liquid nitrogen temperatures (-196°C). The furnace materials and thermocouples are specifically designed for extremely low-temperature applications. It offers resolution and accuracy comparable to those at room temperature, with a heat enthalpy resolution of 0.1 mW and a precision of ±1%. The instrument is also equipped with various types of sample cells, including stirring mixing, fluid circulation, high-pressure reaction, and ampoule cells. The liquid nitrogen cooling system is built-in and features a vacuum system, liquid nitrogen level gauge, and flow control valve, making it highly convenient and controllable.
It breaks through the low-temperature limit of conventional calorimeters, which typically only reach down to a few tens of degrees below zero Celsius, thereby significantly expanding the application range of calorimeters. Currently, this calorimetric system is mainly used in fields such as the measurement of adsorption heat of catalysts. The steam generator provides a mixture of liquid vapor and inert gas.
